Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 June 2026

1. What kiing.gg is

kiing.gg is a platform for creating, joining, and running esports tournaments. Tournaments are run by their organisers — community members who set the rules, manage fixtures, and fund and pay any prizes. kiing.gg provides the tools (brackets, scores, chat, payout records); we are not a party to the competition between you and an organiser, and we do not hold entry fees or prize money.

2. Eligibility and age

  • You must be 13 or older to use kiing.gg.
  • You must be 18 or older to enter or organise tournaments with an entry fee or cash prizes. We check this using the date of birth you give at signup — providing a false date of birth is a breach of these terms and can lead to removal from tournaments, forfeiture of unpaid prizes, and account closure.
  • You are responsible for making sure competing for prizes is lawful where you live.

3. Tournaments, entry fees, and prizes

Prizes are set by the organiser in advance and are payable regardless of the number of entries. Where an entry fee exists, it is payment for the right to participate in a competition of skill — it is not a stake or wager. kiing.gg tournaments are skill competitions; chance plays no part in determining winners.

Organisers are responsible for paying the prizes they advertise. Our payout-verification tools record whether winners confirm being paid, and organisers build a public reliability record. kiing.gg does not guarantee any prize and is not liable for an organiser's failure to pay — but unreliable organisers can be reported and removed.

Betting is not allowed. Arranging side-bets, money matches, or wagers through kiing.gg (including in chat) is prohibited and may lead to account closure.

4. Chat and conduct

  • Match rooms are shared — both players and the organiser can read them. Agree your match and payment details there: it is the only record we can act on in a dispute.
  • Direct messages are private — organisers cannot read them. They are text-only.
  • Keep payments and contact on kiing.gg. Moving deals off-platform (for example to WhatsApp) means we cannot protect you, and messages attempting it are automatically flagged for staff review.
  • No harassment, hate, threats, or scams. Organisers can hide messages in their match rooms; only kiing.gg staff can delete content. You can report any message or organiser to staff from inside the chat — reports are reviewed within 48 hours.

5. Accounts

Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, manipulate results, abuse other users, or attempt to defraud. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@kiing.gg — see the Privacy Notice for what happens to your data.

6. Content and platform

You keep ownership of content you post and grant kiing.gg a licence to host and display it as part of running the platform. The service is provided "as is"; we work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (currently nothing — the platform is free).

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
